Welcome to PlantGSAD

The Plant Gene Set Annotation Database was designed to serve researchers from plant community with a user-friendly interface as well as performance-efficient frame. We collect totally 236,007 gene sets from different resources, such as public database, computational prediction, and literature, for 44 plant species. These gene sets are divided into 9 categories, including GO gene sets (G1), other ontology gene sets (G2), Pathway gene sets (G3), Gene Family based gene sets (G4), Chromatin states based gene sets (G5), Target gene sets (G6), Co-expression gene module (CoM) based gene sets (G7), Reference gene sets (G8) and New type gene sets (G9). Besides online computational prediction, the PlantGSAD further provides tools such as custom SEA, comparison of GSEA results, Gene ID conversion, etc. We hope that PlantGSAD will become a much useful resource and multifunctional platform for plant communities to conduct plant gene functional analysis.
