About Our Group

Our lab apply bioinformatics, comparative and functional genomics and systems biology approaches to answer biological questions in agricultural community. Integrating diverse datasets of plant genomics, epigenomics and transcriptomics into functional analysis pipelines and identifying key genes controlling growth and development in plant using computational and experimental technologies are the two main work we are focusing on.
